Terms and conditions: FamilySafe Executor account prize draw 2026

  1. Promoter. FamilySafe Ltd, Sisters of St Joseph, Workhouse Lane, Greetland, Halifax HX4 8BS. Company number 16675534.
  2. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of FamilySafe Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.
  3. Entry is free. No purchase is needed. You do not need to like, follow, share, comment or tag anyone to enter.
  4. How to enter. Complete the form at familysafe.co.uk/win. This is the only way to enter. One entry per person. Entries made in bulk, through automated means or through third parties will be void.
  5. Dates. The draw opens at 09:00 on 14 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 4 November 2026 (UK time). Late entries will not count.
  6. Prizes. There are 25 prizes. Each is one FamilySafe Executor account, usually £149 with no ongoing fees. Each account includes unlimited probate cards, the probate adviser, probate document upload, adviser and executor access, controlled access, 2 users and storage for up to 500 documents and images.
  7. Prize conditions. Prizes are linked to the winner’s email address. They cannot be transferred, gifted or exchanged, and there is no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
  8. The draw. On 6 November 2026 we will draw 25 winners and 10 reserves at random by numbering every eligible entry and generating 35 unique random numbers on RANDOM.ORG, overseen by someone independent of FamilySafe Ltd. We keep a record of the draw.
  9. Telling winners. We will email winners by 9 November 2026. Winners must reply by 23:59 on 23 November 2026 to claim. If a winner does not claim in time, or is not eligible, the prize goes to the next reserve. Reserves will have 7 days from our email to claim. If a prize is still unclaimed once all reserves have been contacted, it will not be awarded.
  10. Receiving the prize and testimonial. Winners’ accounts will be upgraded to Executor within 14 days of their claim. Every winner must agree, when claiming, to give FamilySafe Ltd an honest testimonial about their Executor account, in writing or on a short video call, within 60 days of the upgrade. We will never ask a winner to say anything they do not believe. If a winner does not agree when claiming, the prize passes to the next reserve. When we publish a testimonial, we will say the person won their account in this prize draw and use only their first name and county, unless they agree to more.
  11. Winners’ details. From 24 November 2026, the first names and counties of winners are available by emailing info@familysafe.co.uk. We will only publish them on social media with the winner’s permission. If you object to your details being shared, tell us. We may still have to give them to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
  12. Your data. We use your details to run this draw. We will only send you marketing if you opt in when entering. See our privacy notice at [link].
  13. Social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta or LinkedIn.
  14. Changes. We may change or cancel the draw if circumstances outside our control make it necessary. We will tell entrants if we do.
  15. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Privacy notice addition: prize draws

When you enter a FamilySafe prize draw, we collect your first name, email address and county.

We use them to run the draw, contact you if you win and deliver your prize. We do this because you have asked to enter and it is needed to carry out the competition terms.

We pick winners using RANDOM.ORG’s random number generator. It only produces numbers, so your name and email address never leave FamilySafe. Our email provider, Brevo, stores your details on our behalf.

If you do not opt in to marketing, we delete your entry details 6 months after the draw. Winners’ details stay with their FamilySafe account. If you win, we will also keep and publish your testimonial as set out in the competition terms.
