Secure the master key first
Before anything else, sort your main email. It resets almost every other account, so give it a strong unique password, turn on two-factor authentication, and make sure a trusted person could reach it in an emergency. Get this one thing right and you have done the most important part.
Get the accounts into a password manager

Tidy the files, photos and subscriptions

- Read a month’s statement and cancel the subscriptions you had forgotten.
